COLORED CLOUD AND DRAGON PATTERNS. <br>Height:10cm (3.94in) , Diameter:28.5cm (11.22in) Large stately bowl with flared rim, curved wall and ring foot. Exterior is covered with bright yellow ground, decorated with ferocious dragons amid swirling clouds rendered in brown enamel. The dragon is powerfully modelled with finely detailed scales and claws. A band of lotus?petal motif encircles the lower body, with well?ordered composition and striking colour contrast. Interior is glazed in soft white glaze. Unglazed foot ring shows solid body with age?related wear. Yellow?ground dragon?decorated wares were reserved for Ming imperial court.
