Frederick carder for steuben glass works — three pomona green and topaz glass candlesticks — corning, new york, circa 1920–30 Comprising a matched pair, Steuben shape no. 686, each having an optic-ribbed Topaz socket and broad circular foot joined by a brilliant Pomona Green twisted standard; together with an associated candlestick, probably shape no. 6466, having an optic-ribbed Topaz socket and foot joined by a molded Pomona Green baluster stem. Blown and applied transparent glass. Apparently unsigned, as is common among Carder-period Steuben colored glass. Quantity: Three; one pair and one associated example Matched pair: approximately 10 in. high × 4 1/4 in. diameter each Associated candlestick: dimensions not provided Condition: Minor surface scratches and shelf wear consistent with age. Scattered bubbles and slight irregularities inherent to manufacture. No conspicuous chips, cracks, or repairs visible in the supplied photographs.
