Lot of 12 Grooming Scissors Clippers and Tools

Grooming and manicure implements, twelve pieces in all, mostly polished steel with a few plastic and faux tortoiseshell handles. Walking through the group: (1) three small pairs of pointed embroidery or cuticle scissors, one of them with a curved blade; (2) four larger pairs of shears, one still in its clear plastic blade sheath and three in the barber and dressmaker style with finger rests; (3) a double-spring cuticle nipper; (4) a nail clipper stamped La Cross, a long-running American nail care brand; (5) three manicure implements, a double-ended cuticle pusher and cleaner, a black-handled spoon pusher, and an amber tortoiseshell-look handled cuticle knife. A ruler in the photos gives scale, and the larger shears run roughly 5 to 7 inches. The original consignor listing counted six pairs of scissors; seven pairs are visible in the photos. Any maker marks near the pivots are too worn to read. Condition is good, with light surface scratching, spotting and dulled edges from use, and no rust pitting visible. Sold as-is.
