Lot of US Army Officer Insignia and Patches

Group of United States Army officer rank and branch insignia, mostly field grade, presented in a small box. Packaged pieces include four Super Trooper cards of Anniston Alabama each holding a pair of subdued black metal oak leaves, three Super Brite cards each holding a pair of white embroidered oak leaves on black for dress wear, a Susco and Harry Sugerman of San Antonio package printed MILITARY INSIGNIA 4409207 MAJOR holding gold embroidered oak leaves, a blue card with a pair of small gold tone metal winged devices, a Super Brite brass gauge with key ring, and a sealed bag of pin backs. Loose pieces include about a dozen olive drab sew on cloth tabs cut from a manufacturer sheet, carrying subdued black oak leaves and Medical Corps caduceus branch devices, two woodland camouflage T.A.B.S. blousing straps made in the USA still on their cards, a rolled black web belt and a coil of black blousing cord. For bidders new to this material, the gold oak leaf is a Major, the silver or white oak leaf is a Lieutenant Colonel, and the caduceus marks a Medical Corps officer, so this reads as one officer's own accumulated insignia. Condition is good, with aged and yellowed packaging and cut edges and loose threads on the cloth tabs. Sold as-is. Photos are the most accurate description of this lot.
