Bell and Howell XL 100-Watt Movie Light, model 450685, from the era when Super 8 home movie cameras needed a bar light to shoot indoors. The metal housing has a wire lamp guard and a data plate reading 100 watts, 120 volts, 60 Hz, lamp type BDK, UL listed, Made in U.S.A. The lot includes (1) the light with its attached two-prong cord, (2) the original instruction booklet titled How to Use Your XL 100-Watt Movie Light, (3) a black plastic Bell and Howell mounting bracket, and (4) a slotted metal mounting bar with hardware. The reflector lamp is in place. Not tested for function. Good condition with light wear consistent with age: the metal shows minor tarnish and handling marks, and the booklet has toning and edge wear. A useful piece for a vintage camera display or for a collector putting a complete Super 8 outfit back together. Sold as-is. Photos are the most accurate description of this lot.
