A collection of Patons Ballybrae brand knitting yarn produced by Coats Patons of Toronto, Ontario. The yarn is 100 percent pure wool knitting worsted, described on the labels as containing natural oils. Each skein is identified by color number 257, Scarlet Tweed, and lot number 36. The material was spun in the United States and finished in Canada. Label specifications for each skein list a weight of 100 grams (3.5 ounces) and an approximate length of 173 meters (190 yards).
