THREE LLADR COLLECTORS SOCIETY EXPRESSIONS MAGAZINE BINDERS - TWO BURGUNDY RING BINDERS FILLED WITH BACK ISSUES PLUS A NAVY SLIPCASE SET OF THEMED EDITIONS Three official Lladr Collectors Society EXPRESSIONS MAGAZINE storage binders, offered together with the magazines housed inside them. Two are the padded burgundy marbled ring binders gilt-stamped "EXPRESSIONS MAGAZINE" across the front with the red-and-gold LLADR COLLECTORS SOCIETY plaque below, and both are loaded with back issues of the society's magazine. The third is the later navy blue clamshell slipcase gilt-stamped "EXPRESSIONS" with a silver LLADR SOCIETY plaque, holding the large-format themed editions including EXPRESSIONS - THE MUSIC (cover figurine of a woman with a harp) and EXPRESSIONS - THE DANCE (ballet group cover), with an additional floral-cover EXPRESSIONS issue and a seated-girl cover issue shown alongside. The magazines inside are the heavily photographed society publications that document Lladr introductions, retirements, sculptors, factory features, and society events, with issue dating visible on at least one cover as "Vol. 2, No. 2, SUMMER 1986 $3.00." Interior spreads photographed show a Baroque-music feature, a Spanish street-festival photo essay, and full-page figurine plates with item numbers and heights printed in the captions. For a Lladr collector, this pairs naturally with the loose catalog and price guide lot in this sale, and the binders themselves are the correct period storage that collectors look for when they want a run kept flat and clean. Description Binder 1 - burgundy ring binder: padded vinyl in a marbled oxblood finish, front cover gilt-stamped "EXPRESSIONS" over "M A G A Z I N E" within a gilt rule border, with an applied red-and-gold plaque reading "LLADR / COLLECTORS SOCIETY" and the Lladr bellflower mark. Spine is plain with the same plaque at the foot. Interior metal ring mechanism holds punched magazine issues. Binder 2 - burgundy ring binder: identical style and stamping to Binder 1, also filled. One photograph shows it opened flat with a stack of glossy issues on the rings. Binder 3 - navy blue slipcase: rigid leatherette-covered clamshell or open-front case, front gilt-stamped "EXPRESSIONS" with an applied silver-and-white plaque reading "LLADR / SOCIETY" and the bellflower mark. Interior is lined and holds the magazines loose rather than punched.
