Len Carnaghi (1941-2023) Washington Township, MI 9.5" long Carnaghi was an avid collector and one of mid century Michigan's premier competition carvers. Hollow carved in an elaborate tucked head preening posture with a delicately carved lifted and partially outstretched wing. The entire body is intricately feathered. Interestingly the decoy was drilled for rigging signaling this was an actual pool competition decoy. Inscribed to friends of his on the bottom. Condition: Near mint condition with minor shelf wear and slight paint scuff to head
