Vintage Verichron quartz wall clock, featuring a distinctive modernist design with oversized black numerals arranged asymmetrically across a natural wood face. Constructed from joined solid-wood boards with visible grain and knots, giving the clock a rustic Mid-Century/1970s–1980s appearance. Face is marked “VERICHRON,” “QUARTZ,” and “MADE IN U.S.A.” Battery-operated quartz movement is mounted into a recessed opening on the reverse with integrated hanging hardware. Measures approximately 9" x 9" x .75" thick.Research shows Verichron produced a variety of American-made wood quartz clocks during the late 20th century, and comparable vintage examples currently range widely depending on design and condition; a recently sold working wood Verichron brought $25, while comparable square examples are offered around $20–$75. This example has a particularly appealing graphic-number design. Working condition has not been confirmed. See photos for full details.
