Beautiful vintage Mexican sterling silver cuff bracelet featuring a substantial twisted cable design with ornate decorative terminals accented by round green malachite cabochons. Each end features raised beadwork and dimensional silver detailing surrounding a bezel-set malachite stone, creating a bold Southwestern and Mexican artisan jewelry look. The natural banding visible in the green stones is characteristic of malachite. The bracelet is clearly marked “MEXICO 925,” indicating Mexican manufacture and 92.5% sterling silver. Similar vintage Mexican and Taxco-style pieces combine twisted cable construction, elaborate terminals, and malachite cabochons, a recognizable combination in 20th-century Mexican silver jewelry. Because this example does not appear to have a clearly visible Taxco or identifiable maker’s hallmark in the provided photos, I would list it as Mexican sterling silver rather than attribute it specifically to Taxco or a particular silversmith. Weight: 58 grams. In good vintage condition with age-related patina, tarnish, surface scratches, and light wear consistent with previous use. The malachite stones display attractive variations and banding. Includes the “Fine Jewelry by BEST” presentation box shown; the box is not assumed to be original to the bracelet. A substantial and eye-catching piece of vintage Mexico 925 jewelry, sterling silver cuff jewelry, malachite jewelry, Mexican silver, Southwestern jewelry, and artisan statement jewelry. See photos for details and condition.
