Vintage Robinson Ransbottom Pottery Co. 2-gallon stoneware water cooler/dispenser, identifiable by the cobalt blue Crown “2” U.S.A. mark associated with Robinson Ransbottom of Roseville, Ohio. The number “2” denotes the two-gallon capacity. Heavy cream-colored glazed stoneware construction features two cobalt blue horizontal bands, coordinating lidded top, and chrome-tone dispensing spigot. The vessel measures approximately 12" tall without the lid and 14" tall with the lid, approximately 10" in diameter at the widest point, and approximately 8" across the top. Surface shows expected vintage crazing, discoloration, firing variations, and general age-related wear; metal spigot shows surface wear. See photos for full details.
