This assortment includes several decorative porcelain and bone china teacups and saucers of various origins and styles. A Coalport bone china teacup and matching saucer feature lobed, fluted rims and gilded edges, decorated with black transfer-printed conifer branches and birds against a pale pink ground. The cup base bears a black backstamp with a crown, Coalport, Bone China, Made in England, and A.D. 1750. A Windsor bone china teacup and saucer set with fluted bodies and gilded rims features a transfer print of the Pinkie figure after Thomas Lawrence to the saucer and multi-coloured floral sprays to the cup. The base is marked with a blue Windsor Bone China England backstamp and hand-painted gilt marks L45/75 and F. Included is a porcelain pedestal-foot teacup with a high-arching gilded handle and matching saucer from Occupied Japan, featuring wide green borders with gilded scrollwork and floral medallions. Completing the collection is a porcelain teacup and saucer hand-painted with pink roses and green leaves, finished with a green-painted rim. Condition: The Coalport set is in generally good condition with minor surface wear. The Windsor cup shows noticeable rubbing and wear to the gilding on the foot and rims. The Occupied Japan set displays minor wear to the gilded accents. The hand-painted rose cup has a visible Y-shaped hairline crack or firing flaw in the base and general surface wear to the decoration.
