Ott-Lite H13RA5 Bankers Piano Desk Lamp

Ott-Lite banker's or piano style desk lamp in a brushed nickel and dark pewter finish. The label on the underside of the base reads OTT-LITE, MODEL H13RA5, 120V 60Hz 0.30A, MADE IN CHINA, Environmental Lighting Concepts, Inc., 1214 W. Cass Street, Tampa, FL 33606, with the production number 2696 ST-585 08 2005. The lamp has a long curved rectangular shade that tilts on a thumb screw pivot, a twisted spiral column, and a heavy stepped octagonal base with a rocker switch set into the top. It stands roughly 13 inches tall with the shade at the usual angle. Inside the shade is a folded tube fluorescent bulb, and a warning label inside notes the fixture is rated for a 13 watt type PL bulb. The lamp was plugged in and tested and it lights up, as shown in the photos. Condition is good. There is dust on the shade and base, some finish rubbing, and the cord is coiled and taped for shipping. Ott-Lite built its name on natural spectrum lighting.
