This World War I era German souvenir table cover measures 24 by 24 inches and features rich crimson plush velvet construction trimmed with golden lace edging. Detailed embroidery highlights all four corners, depicting Imperial German military flags alongside the crowned Prussian double-headed eagle emblem carrying a tri-color shield. The top side displays the stitched inscription "Brüssel 194-15" (Brussels 1914–1915), marking occupation service in Belgium during the Great War. The reverse side exhibits an embroidered inscription reading "Souvenir de la Belgique" (Memory of Belgium). Minor fabric wear and light creasing appear from age and display.
