Set of German 6x30 individual-focus military field glass binoculars dating to World War II, as indicated by the '6X30' stamping on the upper prism plate. Measuring approximately 4.5 inches high by 6.5 inches wide (11.4 cm x 16.5 cm) and weighing 368grams (13.0 oz), the binoculars are constructed with metal frame elements, bakelite eyecups, and textured body coverings. The unit has smooth central hinge pivot action and smooth individual diopter focus adjustments. Optically, the view remains clear with no defects affecting use, though a single small dust spot is visible in the left optical channel. All exterior components have been repainted except for the diopter adjustment assemblies. The body shows minor localized texture and some paint loss from use.
