A set of West German hand-painted glazed ceramic table service items featuring the Friar Tuck monk character. The group includes lidded condiment jars and pitcher-form creamers with cowl-shaped spouts. Bases are marked with a blueunderglaze stylized V containing a bee motif, incised model numbers S 141/0 and M 43 B, the date 1966, a handwritten 26, and black stamps for Germany and Western Germany. Tallest about 5 inches. The items are in good vintage condition with minor shelf wear on the foot rings and slight rubbing to the painted surface at the spout edges. No significant chips or cracks are visible.
