Constructed of dark charcoal-black wool, this cap is made in the style of WWII-era German M43 field caps (Einheitsfeldmütze). Featuring a fold-down side skirt secured at the front with two silver-tone pebbled metal buttons, the garment includes a cloth-covered visor brim and a grey cotton-blend twill lining. No military acceptance marks or maker stamps are present on the interior. Exhibits light handling and age-consistent surface wear, including minor linting and soft staining along the innerforehead band and crown lining to simulate vintage distress. The metal buttons display mild finish oxidation, while seams, stitching, and the visor core remain structurally sound. Measures size 56–57 cm interior circumference, a modern 7 1/8" sizeUS Offering an accurate visual representation of late-war German field headgear, this replica cap serves as an ideal filler piece or display item for reenactors and militaria collectors.
