ca. Second quarter 19th century; Both with dark glossy manganese lead glaze: (A) Large bulbous pitcher, tall erect neck, impressed collar rings, ribbed strap handle, impressed shoulder rings, tooled foot, 10" high, 8 1/8" diam, Condition: Shallow 3/4" rim chip and extensive glaze losses on edges, 1/2" foot chip, 1" contact mark on calf. (B) Dome top covered bulbous teapot with three rouletted rings (neck, shoulder and ankle), ribbed strap handle and flared rounded foot. Dome top overhanging lid, mid section rouletted ring, teardrop finial, 9 1/8" high (total), 5 3/8" diam.; Condition: Spout rim cut down; lid has 5/8" rim flake on interior flange.
