ca. 1870; Salt glazed squat cylindrical stoneware jug, brushed cobalt open tulip design and daubs on handle terminals, flattened rounded rim, Albany slip glaze interior, impressed "Cowden & Wilcox / Harrisburg, PA"; 10" high, 7 5/8" diam; Condition: 3/4" foot flake, two 1/8" lines across handle.
