This group includes three lithographed tin decorative plates and one ornate gilded frame. The plates feature scenes of baseball, polo, and an underwater environment. One plate bears a printed blue mark on the reverse reading DRESDEN ARTPLATE and MADE ONLY BY THE MEEK COMPANY. The square gilded frame features Rococo style scrolling acanthus leaves and a circular interior. The frame measures 14.5 x 14.5 inches.The Under the Sea plate exhibits surface crazing and edge losses. The sports plates show surface scratches, rim wear, and minor oxidation. The frame has significant gesso loss at the bottom-left corner, structural cracks, and general finish wear.
