An antique silver-toned mesh evening purse featuring a rectangular frame with an engraved geometric zigzag and foliate border. The body is constructed of fine chain links and is finished with seven spherical dangles along the lower edge.The interior frame is stamped with the characters GERMAN SILVER in a block font. A fine link chain strap and a functional kiss-lock clasp complete the piece.The frame displays oxidation and localized corrosion at the interior hinges and corners.
