2014 1 Oz Australian Saltwater Crocodile Silver Coin struck by the Perth Mint from 1 troy ounce of .999 fine silver. This was the inaugural year of the popular Australian Saltwater Crocodile bullion series, featuring a dramatic crocodile with its mouth open and displaying its powerful teeth. The reverse also includes the 2014 date, weight, purity, and Perth Mint “P” mint mark, while the obverse features the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. The coin carries a $1 AUD face value and had a maximum mintage of 1,000,000 pieces.
