Alphabet and numeral needlework sampler signed "Catharine Kesler, July 17, 1834". Several women by this name lived in Ohio/Indiana during this time frame. Saying at bottom "Returning seasons still new flower brings, But faded beauty hath no second springs". 14 1/4"H x 11"W Professionally framed. Stitched repairs above numerals around "q r s".
