Large Hopi-Tewa pottery bowl signed “Verna Nakee” on the underside. The bowl features a rich red-orange ground decorated with bold black geometric designs incorporating stepped, triangular, linear, curved and finely hatched elements arranged around the exterior. The bowl measures approximately 8" diameter x 3" tall. Hand formed and hand painted, with visible variations characteristic of handmade pottery. The underside retains the artist's clearly visible “Verna Nakee” signature. Vintage condition with noticeable surface wear, including scratches, scuffs, areas of paint/pigment wear and other age-related marks, particularly visible along the exterior decoration and underside. No obvious major cracks or losses are visible in the provided photos. See photos for details.
