Two Vintage 70s-80s Novelty Tees, Automotive & KY

Dating to the 1970s and 1980s, this lot of two vintage graphic t-shirts includes a white and red ringer tee along with a dark navy graphic shirt. Manufactured in the USA by Sport-T by Stedman, the white ringer shirt is constructed from a 50/50 polyester-cotton blend knit (tagged size Small 34-36) and features red contrasting ribbing along the crewneck and cuffs with a front automotive graphic reading "Sooner or later You'll own Generals". Produced in the USA by Jerzees, the navy t-shirt (taggedsize Large 42-44) displays a front graphic reading "REAL KENTUCKY" mapping out unusual town names across a state silhouette. Measurements for the General Tires ringer shirt is 16 inches chest (unstretched) width by 25.5 inches long; the Kentucky teemeasures 20 inches chest width by 28 inches long. Condition is consistent with age and light handling wear. The General Tires ringer tee shows light faint yellowing spots on the front lower body, while the navy Kentucky shirt exhibits mild overall wash wear and light storage fuzzing. Both pieces retain solid seam structure and clear printed graphics without severe tears or heavy staining observed.
