This vintage men's belted safari jacket is crafted from smooth cognac brown leather. Designed in a classic leisure-suit silhouette, the medium-length coat features wide pointed lapels, a 4-button front closure, four front safari box-pleated patch pockets with button-flap closures, a matching leather waist belt with a covered rectangular buckle, side seam belt loops, buttoned rear waist tabs, and curved Western-style back yoke stitching. The fully lined interior retains a leather neck patch stamped with the gold foil logo for "fashion bar / made in Hong Kong" beneath an attached size 40 tag. Condition is very good overall with clean interior lining, firm buttons, smooth leather patina, and light expected vintage wear including minor scuffing and creasing along flex points. Dimensions measure 17 in across the shoulders, 20 in across the chest (pit-to-pit), 25 in sleeve length, and 30 in total back length. Representing iconic 1970s disco-era tailoring sold through Colorado's famous Fashion Bar department store chain, this authentic leather safari coat makes a fantastic addition to vintage menswear collections.
