This Rohm RG10 double-action/single-action revolver is chambered in .22 Short and represents one of the classic inexpensive German-made pocket revolvers imported into the United States during the latter half of the 20th century. Serial number 803007, this example features an approximately 2.5" barrel with a shiny bore and is in fair overall condition. The revolver utilizes a compact metal frame with an exposed hammer, swing-out cylinder, and small traditional grip profile. Plenty of visible handling, finish, and age-related wear is present throughout, giving the handgun a well-used vintage appearance. Rohm and the RG name became closely associated with budget-priced revolvers during the 1960s and 1970s, and surviving examples now offer collectors an interesting glimpse into that era of imported commercial handguns. With its compact dimensions, unusual .22 Short chambering, shiny bore, and unmistakable vintage styling, this RG10 has plenty of period character. Please see photos.
