Etched Panel Glass Tower Lamp 47 Inch

Unusual tall table lamp standing about 47 inches overall. The lower two thirds is a two tier vertical glass panel tower roughly 21 inches high, built in patinated copper and brass came and glazed with textured fern frost obscure glass, on a stepped wood plinth, carrying a fluted wood urn stem and a large honey shantung drum shade. What makes it worth a second look is the wiring. There are four sockets, a cluster of three candelabra in the upper section and one in the lower, so the glass tower lights top and bottom independently beneath the shade, effectively a lit column under a reading lamp. Three bulbs are fitted and one socket is empty. All glass panels are present and unbroken, and one upper panel is a working hinged access door. Condition is fair with flyspecks on the shade and tarnish on the came. Untested. Sold as-is. Photos are the most accurate description of this lot.
