Three pieces. A Stearns and Foster queen mattress in a cream damask quilted and button tufted ticking with a corded edge roll, the sewn center medallion reading FOUNDED 1846, STEARNS AND FOSTER and Dovenby Ltd. A split two piece foundation in matching ticking is included. And a demilune headboard with a radiating book matched sunburst veneer fan in alternating golden and reddish purple brown stock under a high gloss finish, enclosed by a crossbanded border and a shaped crown rail. The law tag was not photographed, so no manufacture date or fiber content can be given. Be honest with yourself about the bedding. Condition of the mattress is poor, with broad yellow brown discoloration across the head end third, a concentrated stain on the side gusset, two body shaped depressions with the tufting pulled down, and a soft rolled edge. The headboard is the good part, in very good condition with complete veneer and only light scratches. Sold as-is. Photos are the most accurate description of this lot.
