Best Home Furnishings power lift recliner, the medium size, upholstered in a cocoa brown chenille with taupe and khaki striations running through the weave. It rides on a black powder coated steel scissor lift base and comes with its two button hand wand on a coiled cord and its transformer box. The attached hangtags rate it to 350 pounds and describe the Performa-Weave seat construction and the Space Saver feature that lets it recline 3 to 7 inches from the wall. Two original paper hangtags are still tied on. Be aware of two things. Neither tag carries a model number, SKU, fabric code or date, and despite the tags the chair is not new. Condition is fair to good with compression creasing and a body shaped depression in the seat deck, crushed shiny nap down the center, nap flattening on both arm tops, and horizontal creasing across the lumbar.
