A five-piece pewter tea and coffee service manufactured by Daalderop of Tiel, Netherlands, under the Royal Holland Pewter brand. This set was produced as a reproduction for the Sleepy Hollow Restorations historic site. The service includes a lidded pot with an ebonised handle and finial, a lidded sugar bowl, a cream jug, an open two-handled waste bowl, and an oval gallery tray. The bodies of the vessels are constructed from spun pewter, exhibiting characteristic horizontal striations to the interior, while the handles, spouts, and finials are cast. The tray features a pierced openwork gallery rim and two scrolling cast handles. The base of the pieces is stamped with a circular mark reading Reproduction Sleepy Hollow Restorations and Royal Holland Pewter Daalderop, surrounding a central windmill icon and the initials SHR. Tray width: approx. 41.9 cm (measured in inches against a ruler) Pot height: approx. 16.5 cm (measured in inches against a ruler). Condition: The service displays a uniform matte grey pewter patina. There are light surface scratches and occasional small spots of oxidation across all pieces, consistent with age and domestic use. The ebonised handle and finial are securely attached and in good order. The set remains structurally sound with no significant dents or repairs visible.
