Antique Moro kris dagger from the southern Philippines, featuring a hand-forged steel blade with a distinctive undulating profile and broadened base displaying subtle decorative detailing. Fitted with a carved hardwood pistol-grip style hilt accented by a decorative metal collar. Accompanied by its traditional wooden scabbard with broad carved throat and long metal-clad body with contrasting central panel. A characteristic example of traditional Moro edged-weapon craftsmanship. Antique condition with oxidation, surface wear, age-related patina, and wear to the wood consistent with age and use. 13" blade, 17" overall.
