Fine Chinese silver ladle or ceremonial wine scoop featuring a naturalistic lotus leaf-form bowl with applied floral and seed pod motifs. The handle is carved from pale green jade and terminates in a stylized figural carving, with a suspended bell-form charm attached near the bowl. The silver bowl displays hand-worked details and an organic flowing form characteristic of traditional Chinese decorative arts. An attractive combination of jade carving and silversmithing. Approximately 9" long
