Dr. Seuss (American, 1904-1991) A lively ink and watercolor drawing on paper depicts the iconic character "The Grinch," with his name inscribed above the figure. The Grinch is rendered with characteristic scowling yellow eyes, wearing a vibrant pink-and-red Santa-style hat and a mint green coat adorned with fluffy pink ruffles. The artwork is signed "Dr. Seuss" in the lower right. Unframed. Theodor Seuss Geisel, known as Dr. Seuss, was a renowned American writer and cartoonist. He published over 60 beloved children's books under his famous pseudonym, celebrated for their imaginative characters, distinctive rhymes, and playful use of language.
