This trio of antique German dolls features bisque socket heads on shoulder plates with gusseted kid leather bodies and bisque lower arms. The first doll, a Peter Scherf Armand Marseille example, is marked Sch 1901 on the shoulder plate andfeatures blue glass sleep eyes and a detailed vintage cotton lawn dress with red ribbon accents and matching shoes. The second doll is a Cuno & Otto Dressel example, marked O D 93-2, featuring dark glass eyes and an open mouth with teeth.The third doll is marked G 333 14 III and retains brown glass sleep eyes but is currently missing its wig. Each doll showcases the characteristic modeling and painted features of late 19th and early 20th century German doll manufacture. 19inches 17 inches.These dolls exhibit expected age-related wear to the leather bodies and bisque surfaces.
