A handsome pair of Royal Crown Derby porcelain covered serving dishes in the celebrated Blue Mikado pattern, each decorated in rich cobalt blue with finely rendered Chinoiserie landscapes featuring seated figures, pavilions, flowering trees, bamboo, rocky outcroppings, and garden scenery. The broad circular underplates are bordered with complementary figural and botanical vignettes, while the domed covers repeat the pastoral decoration and are finished with scrolling gilt handles and gilt-edged rims. Both pieces bear the Royal Crown Derby crown mark with “Made in England” to the underside. Comparable Blue Mikado covered serving dishes are identified as English bone china examples with domed covers and gold trim. Condition appears generally good with expected light surface wear, minor rubbing and scattered loss to the gilt decoration, slight utensil or stacking marks, and customary foot-rim discoloration; no major cracks or losses are visible in the photographs. Measure 4.5"H x 8.5"W each.
