Vintage Asian-style table lamp fashioned from a large porcelain urn-form body with coordinating domed cap, decorated in a warm coral-red glaze with stylized yellow chrysanthemum-like blossoms, scrolling stems, buds, and patterned borders outlined in brown. The ceramic body rests on a dark-stained carved wood pedestal base with short bracket feet and is fitted with an aged brass-tone socket, harp, and an openwork circular Asian-inspired finial. The original socket retains a partially preserved Underwriters Laboratories label for Wildwood Lamps, suggesting the porcelain vessel was professionally mounted as a lamp. Tested and currently working. Condition is consistent with age and handling, including light surface scuffs and scratches, minor glaze wear, crazing, and oxidation or patination to the metal fittings; shade is not included. Comparable decorative Asian porcelain and ginger-jar lamps regularly appear in secondary-market and auction records, with value strongly affected by maker, size, decoration, and whether offered singly or as a pair.
