A striking vintage Japanese Satsuma-style porcelain twin-handled vase with a faceted, hexagonal body. The focal point features an elegant, long-tailed peacock perched gracefully among flowering cherry blossom branches, framed by stylized cartouches. The design is meticulously rendered with raised enamel accents (moriage) and detailed gold-gilt outlining. The soft, pale-blue background transitions smoothly down the vessel, flanked by two structural, gilded handles. Traditional scrolled flora and cloud motifs decorate the neck and foot rims, creating a highly ornate, classic oriental aesthetic. Condition:Excellent vintage condition overall. The porcelain structure is completely free of cracks, structural repairs, or chips. The heavy raised moriage details are beautifully preserved, and the gold gilding along the handles and rim edges remains bright with only minor, typical fading from light handling over time
