A striking vintage Asian art pottery baluster vase detailed with an elegant sgraffito and incised multi-media design, dating to the mid-to-late 20th century. The dynamic panoramic body features an stylized avian motif, highlighting an attentive pheasant or exotic game bird with intricately etched plumage patterns nestled amidst oversized lotus leaves, floral blossoms, and winding vines. The glaze palette showcases an earthy matte finish of hunter green, ochre yellow, muted terracotta orange, and dusty violet lavender, beautifully sectioned by fine hand-carved borders. The vessel tapers gracefully to a flared trumpet rim and rests on an integrated flared pedestal foot. Condition:Excellent vintage condition overall. The ceramic composition remains structurally sound with no visible hairline fractures, deep impact chips, or professional restorations. The exterior retains its rich matte coloration with typical light superficial shelf scuffs on the underside of the base from historical display.
