A comprehensive mid-century vintage Reed & Barton high-quality stainless steel flatware service, displaying a sleek modern aesthetic. The handles feature clean lines with subtly fluted, stylized flared tips. This extensive set includes full formal place settings—comprising dinner knives elegantly slotted inside the inner lid, dinner forks, salad/dessert forks, soup spoons, and teaspoons. The selection includes essential hollowware pieces and specialized serving utensils, such as a shell-shaped sugar/condiment spoon and a large gravy ladle. The complete service is meticulously arranged within its custom, flannel-lined wooden flatware storage chest featuring a bright red tarnish-resistant interior canvas. Condition:Excellent vintage condition overall. The stainless steel composition maintains a highly reflective, lustrous finish across all pieces. No signs of heavy pitting, corrosion, or severe bending. Light superficial storage scuffs and minor handle wear are present, consistent with careful preservation.
