A charming vintage Chinese cloisonné enamel figural statue shaped like a stylized duck or goose, dating to the mid-to-late 20th century. This decorative piece features a vibrant turquoise-blue body detailed with meticulously laid wirework forming an intricate fish-scale feather pattern. The wings are adorned with multicolored geometric feathers in rich hues of green, pink, white, and yellow, accented by polished gold-tone brass gilding. The stylized head is detailed with round, expressive eyes and a parted brass beak, resting gracefully atop a mottled red enamel base contoured with fine brass trim. Condition: Excellent vintage condition overall. The enamel work remains smooth and highly colorful, showing no significant cracking, structural dents, or large areas of pitting. Minor natural oxidation and a light patina are present on the exposed brass wiring and base rim, entirely appropriate for its age.
