This hand-stitched and appliqued cotton quilt features a repeating four-lobed foliate pattern in pale yellow set against a white ground. The construction showcases dense hand-quilting with motifs including feathered wreaths, multi-pointed stars, and a continuous cable border. The piece is finished with a narrow hand-applied yellow binding.Measures: 74 inches x 86 inchesThe quilt is in fair to poor condition with significant fabric degradation. Extensive shredding and fabric loss are present on the yellow applique pieces, exposing the interior batting. Notable staining includes a dark brown spot, a reddish-pink localized stain, and widespread foxing and age-related discoloration.
