TRIGRAMS PATTERN FROM THE QING DYNASTY. Diameter:4.8cm (1.89in) Weight:45g(0.10lb)Pure silver circular charm coin with round hole, Qing Dynasty. The surface bears deep relief eight trigrams engraved with the eight corresponding characters Qian, Kan, Gen, Zhen, Xun, Li, Kun, Dui. The silver body is covered in mellow aged grey patina with scattered brown oxidation spots, the trigram patterns and characters sharply defined. Silver eight-trigram charms are scarce surviving relics, worn by nobles for protection or hung in residences for blessings. Valued for both Taoist cultural connotation and precious metal material, a fine example of Qing folk silver coinage. ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS.
