One Department 56 miniature apartment building from the Christmas in the City Series, identified by its front plaque and underside markings as “Ivy Terrace Apartments.” Cataloged as item 56.58874 / 5887-4, it features painted brickwork, blue windowsand doors, white trim, green awnings, holiday decorations, a rooftop terrace, and chimney. Visible dust, grime, paint loss, edge wear, and small chips affect the roof, trim, base edges, and projecting details. Some foliage and garland areas appearworn or irregular. No functional testing was performed. The nearby electrical cord, plug, and black-pole/white-base objects appear separate and are not included. The rear circular opening is present, but its function is unknown.
