One Department 56 Dickens Village miniature building with a textured tan roof, red brick chimney, half-timbered walls, green doors and shutters, lattice windows, evergreen detail, and an integral gray base. The underside is molded with “DICKENSVILLAGE” and appears to include “© 1987 DEPT 56.” An attached label states “MADE IN CHINA EXCLUSIVELY FOR Department 56 INC.” No separate accessories or documentation are visibly included. Used condition appears generally intact in the photographedareas, with display dust and minor surface wear or unevenness. Some roof, wall, and base edges appear rough or chipped-looking, although photographs do not reliably distinguish intentional texture from damage. No major detached component is clearlyvisible. Electrical function was not tested; no cord or bulb is visible.
