One Department 56 painted miniature architectural village building with an integrated base, chimney, modeled snow, windows, doorway, and attached white electrical cord/light assembly. The front sign appears to read “Old Rectory.” The underside labelreads “INSPECTED / MADE IN CHINA EXCLUSIVELY FOR / Department 56 / INC.” Visible dust, grime, discoloration, and wear or unevenness affect portions of the roof, walls, trim, base, and modeled snow. The cord is tangled in one view. Electricaloperation and cord safety were not tested. No obvious detached major architectural section is visible.
