Description This item came from a collector’s estate. Original U.S. military M1910 canteen set consisting of the aluminum canteen, metal cup, and canvas cover. The cover is stenciled "U.S." on the front and bears period ink markings including the name “KEILY” and what appears to be “52 FA”, likely identifying the original owner or military unit. The cover retains its Lift-the-Dot snap closures and M1910 wire belt hooks. This style of canteen set was issued during World War II and continued in service into the Korean War.
