This lot includes two Department 56 North Pole Series handpainted porcelain lighted buildings from the Heritage Village Collection. The first is Santa's Rooming House dated 1995, a red multi-gabled house with a green shingled roof, wraparound porch,and holiday wreaths. The second is Candy Cane and Peppermint Shop item 56390, a half-timbered shop with a red peppermint-striped roof and a candy-cane fence. Each building stands roughly 5 to 6 inches tall. Both pieces show crisp paint and no visiblechips or cracks and present in very good to excellent condition. Original boxes are included for both buildings. A cheerful pairing for the North Pole village collector. Estimated Value: $25 to $55 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is. Photos are the most accurate description of this lot.
