This lot includes two Department 56 North Pole Series handpainted porcelain lighted buildings from the Heritage Village Collection. The first is Popcorn and Cranberry House item 56388, a cottage with a tall stone chimney and beaded roof trim standingabout 6.5 inches tall. The second is Hall of Records item 56392, a larger domed civic building with a clock tower marked NP, red-tile roofs, and holiday garland, measuring roughly 7 inches tall and 8 inches wide. Both pieces show crisp paint and novisible chips or cracks and present in excellent condition. Original boxes are included for both buildings. An attractive pairing for the North Pole collector.
