This lot features the Department 56 North Pole Series Santa's Workshop item 5600-6, a handpainted porcelain lighted building dated 1990 from the Heritage Village Collection, detailed with red-tile roofs, a mail slot marked S. Claus, and snow accents.Also included are Village Frosted Zig-Zag Trees, a set of three flocked green trees in original packaging, with the tallest measuring approximately 7 inches. The building shows crisp paint and good detail with only light discoloration to the unglazed base, presenting in good to very good condition. The trees remain very good in the original box. Original boxes are included for both. A solid grouping for the North Pole village collector. Estimated Value: $25 to $50 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is.
